Dwight Dillard knew early on he wanted to be successful. However he knew that being the first born came with a lot of pressure and responsibility. Without knowing how he would get to college, he made a committment to the US Army so that they could pay for his education. After 17years in the militarty recieving numerous decorations and awards, with three wartime deployments, including Operation Nobel Eagle in 2001-2002, Afghanistan in 2003-2004, and Iraq in 2007-2008, his pursuit to higher education continues even today. Dwight continues to motivate his peers, family and everyone that crosses path. His mottos: "Empower, Enrich, Encourage, Educate and Elevate" and "I'm in the business of making smiles not frowns" resonates to his core beliefs.
In addition to educational pursuits, Dwight has worked for the Department of Defense in various positions concentrating on Telecommunications and Computer network systems. Currently, as project manager Dwight consistently tries to elevate himself and others for the betterment of the organization that he loves. In his spare time he is busy developing various business ventures as well as a non-profit geared towards helping families keep their homes from going into foreclosure. Another venture which he loves is "100Miles LLC" which he and Johnny 'Rio' Fultz started to help empower their families, as well as their community.

Being an US soldier and Private Aesthetician to his fellow soldiers, traveling most of Europe and the Middle East in the military, Dwight Dillard continued to encounter the same question in each new location which he arrived. "Do you know where I can get a good haircut?" With his background as a freelance barber and IT work experience the idea combined barbers2go was realized. It is our goal to create a place where a person can not only find the specific services that they need, but they can also make an appointment with the provider online. |
